Include the article URL, the statement you believe needs changing, and a current source or a short explanation. If the issue depends on a product plan or interface, include the plan name and the date you observed it.
Do not send passwords, API keys, full inbox exports or customer records. A short description or a redacted screenshot is enough to start checking an issue. We cannot provide account support for the software providers we cover.
